Fargo-Moorhead Curling Club

This form will register your team for the 5U National Qualifier and Dakota Territory 5U Championship and pay the entry fee for the team.  All players on every team must have 5 years curling experience or less as defined by USA curling.

Entry Fee is $240/team.
